At EatyFitty.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality dry fruits and health products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our items, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for food and edible items once delivered. However, returns will be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• You received the wrong product
• You received a damaged or tampered package
• The product was expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

In such cases, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at help@eatyfitty.com with pictures and order details.

2. Refunds

After receiving your return request and verifying the issue, we will:

• Offer a replacement product
• Or initiate a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after approval.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items without original packaging or seal broken (unless damaged)
• Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they haven't been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
